1. Copyright and Property Rights

The contents and information used on this website are property of the hotel unit here referred as "Quinta de Santo Estêvão". The improper use of these contents, whether through distribution or reproduction for commercial or other purposes without prior authorization, is strictly forbidden.

2. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy used by us can be found on this website, on the page "Privacy Policy".

3. Exclusion of Liability

Any loss of information related to the data provided by users of this website (whether directly or indirectly related to it) is not the responsibility of the hotel unit "Quinta de Santo Estêvão".

4. Minimum age for reservation

This website is intended for users aged 18 or over. In this sense, it’s assumed that the user has the legal age to conclude the contract that relates to these terms.

5. Price and Payment Methods

The prices charged by "Quinta de Santo Estêvão" can be found on this website, on the respective accomodations page. These prices already include taxes legally due, such as VAT at the legal rate (6%).

The "Quinta de Santo Estêvão" reserves the right to change prices, promotional actions and services at any time.

Payments can be made by the following methods:

• Bank Transfer
For this method of payment is advised to send proof of payment.
• ATM Reference
This payment method is provided by the entity "Ifthenpay".
• Paypal
• Cash

6. Booking and cancellation conditions

At the time of booking the user will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount payable. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 10 days before the date, the amount will be returned in full. If this communication is made after the established deadline or in case of no-show the deposited value will not be returned.

In case of cancellation of the reservation in unavoidable situations of force majeure, duly justified, the amount paid will be returned in full.

6.1 Arrival and Departure

Check-in must be made at our lodging between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Upon departure, the room must be vacated of all persons and property by 12:00 noon.

7. Other considerations

- Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hotel and the rooms.
- The "Quinta de Santo Estêvão" provides free private parking for guests.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The "Quinta de Santo Estêvão" reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, these changes being duly published in www.quintasantoestevao.net.
